Summary: The staff were helpful and kind. The beds were loveky and clean. The tea/coffee/snacks generous, but the room was cold, and the shower was mouldy and had rubbish from previous guest in it.

Summary: The only good thing was the good quality toilet paper. When we arrived we had a KFC box with contents in our fridge which also had spilt orange juice on inside of door. The bedside cupboards were dusty and one had a drawer handle missing. The bed was comfortable however the staff need to learn how to make a bed......very roughly executed. No glasses and the 2 mugs were dirty. We were overcharged and when I approached the manager about this I was told they would look into it. The next day I was told the same so I told the receptionist I wanted a refund of the overcharge put back on my credit card immediately as I had proof and the manager did also. She eventially did it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Summary: I had an aircon in my room which, when turned off was silent for 10 minutes & then come to life with a loud humming for 5 minutes. This continued throughout the whole night. To say im a little tired today is an under statement!
